Vhon Tanto (Reserve Army) finally meet PNP Chief Ronald "bata" Dela Rosa.Vhon Tanto was responsible for the death of Mark Vincent Geralde a cyclist.According to the video,a Mark Vincent Geralde was on his way home then Vhon Tanto chased him.A short fist fight was happen between the two then Vhon Tanto went back to his car to get his gun.He shot Mark Vincent Geralde five times through the head then left  right after.That video went viral on the internet.The Government took an action right away.A man hunt operation was executed by the authorities to catch Vhon Tanto.After 4 days of hunting they trapped him and get caught by the law enforcement.They present him face to face to PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa.Vhon Tanto seems nervous during their conversation with PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa a.k.a "BATO".now you'll gonna pay what you did back there.you're going to experience hell in a cell.
